Return & Exchange Window:

We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of the delivery date. To ensure a smooth process, all return requests must be submitted within this timeframe.

Eligible Reasons for Return/Exchange:

We will gladly accept returns or exchanges for the following reasons:

  • Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately. To initiate a return or exchange, we will require:
  • Photos of the damage for verification.
  • An unedited video showing the package being opened from beginning to end, with any damages clearly visible. This is essential for processing your request.
  • Seller Error: If you received the wrong item, don’t worry! We’ll arrange for the return of the incorrect item and send you the correct one at no extra cost. Simply reach out to us to initiate this hassle-free exchange process.

Non-Returnable/Exchangeable Items:

Please note that we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for the following:

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered.
  • Items without original tags attached.
  • Items purchased during a sale or clearance event (unless the item is damaged or due to seller error).

Return Process:

  2. Request Approval: In your email, please specify the reason for your return/exchange and include your order number. We will review your request and respond within 2 business days.
  3. Return Shipping: If your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to damaged or incorrect items sent by us.
  4. Return Shipment: Once you receive the return label, please securely pack the item(s) in their original packaging and ship them back to the address provided.
  5. Processing: Upon receiving your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return/exchange criteria.
  6. Refund/Exchange: If your return is approved, you will receive a full refund (minus original shipping cost, if applicable) to your original payment method within 5 business days. For exchanges, we will ship the replacement item to you once the return is processed.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to damaged or incorrect items sent by us.
